Our non-repayable financial aid is open to anyone in the EU and worldwide. Beneficiaries need only be in financial difficulty or have a development project, regardless of age (+18) or family situation. A committee studies each application before deciding to grant funding ranging from 2000 to 5000000 Euros, depending on the case.

If you would like to apply for a grant from the European Social Fund, please contact us via the online contact form. The Help-Finance foundation makes a direct financial contribution, in the form of grants, to projects or organizations that support the interests of the European Union or participate in the implementation of an EU program or policy. These grants and financing are awarded :

• By Help-Finance General Management.
• By the Directorates-General responsible for the various EU policies.
• By Commission offices and agencies throughout Europe.
• By other authorities: national, regional, third countries, etc.
